Food Saved Me Institute (FSMI) inspires, teaches and equips others to improve their overall health with proper nutrition education and to make an impact in communities around them.
To bridge the educational gap in nutrition science and disease prevention by teaching others healthy eating habits through local nutrition and cooking classes. Food Saved Me Institute is an approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in November 2022 who helps others live longer, healthier lives.
Your donations help support research studies so we can educate communities and medical professionals on the latest findings, provide scholarships for nutritionists, and offer free FSMI Nutrition Classes in different communities to help people reclaim power over their health.
Our global Certified Nutrition Instructor Program is a 3-day training that educates on evidence-based nutrition science to train you how to heal your body with food, while equipping you to use FSMI Nutrition Class curriculum to level up the credibility of your business.

Katherine Lawrence is a globally recognized certified nutritionist with more than 17 years experience specializing in disease prevention and empowering students to make changes at home that are healthy and easy. She provides a level of encouragement and hope that is unmatched in her field.
In 2006, Katherine was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis and was told she would be infertile as there was no cure for her condition. Through proper nutrition, she was able to reverse her diagnosis and go on to have three healthy boys.
With certifications from Stanford Medicine in Nutrition Science and Cornell University in Plant-Based Nutrition, Katherine has taught over 800 physicians and medical personnel, and over 20,000 students how to apply important nutrition information to their patients.

Dana is a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition & has over 15 years experience in leading global marketing strategies to help drive growth & expand brand awareness using creative solutions that are both innovative and engaging.
She joined the Food Saved Me Institute to marry her passion for nutrition and marketing to help make a difference in her local community and see how many lives FSMI can change with proper nutrition education.
